Account information: your email address (used to sign in via magic link).
Payment information: handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers, only a Stripe customer ID and the price you purchased.
Product data: trips, categories, expenses, and recurring entries you create.
Standard web logs: IP address and basic request metadata, retained briefly for abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To deliver the service, send sign-in links, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except the processors we depend on (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, MongoDB Atlas for storage, Vercel for hosting).

3. Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data retention

Your data is kept while your account exists. Email bill@nomadicbudget.com to request deletion at any time.

5. Children

Nomadic Budget is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
